摘要
我国第三产业发展迅速。旅游业作为第三产业的一大支柱,发展尤为迅猛。作为世界旅游组织预测的2020年世界最大旅游目的地以及第四大客源国,酒店业必将成为中国的"朝阳"产业,人才需求激增。高职酒店管理专业院校应审时度势,拓展专业建设思路,深化教学模式改革以适应社会发展对酒店人才需求的变化。
China＇s tertiary industry is developing rapidly.As a pillar of the tertiary industry,tourism is developing particularly rapid.As the world＇s largest tourist destination and the fourth largest source of tourists predicted by the World Tourism Organization in 2020,the hotel industry is bound to become China＇s ＂sunrise＂industry,and the demand for talents has surged.Higher vocational hotel management professional colleges shall consider the situation,expand the professional construction thoughts,and deepen the reform of teaching mode to adapt to the changes in the demand for hotel talents in social development.
