摘要
天丝、羊毛、NOP(锦纶与氨纶包芯纱)罗马布具有优异的应用性能,文中通过筛选染料、助剂,并采用低浴比、低能耗的高温高压气溢流染色机对其进行一浴两步法染色,测试了染色后织物的耐水洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、织物缩水率,并与溢流染色机用水成本进行对比。结果表明,天丝、羊毛、NOP罗马布采用一浴两步法低浴比染黑色后织物品质稳定,成品织物缩水率、染色牢度均达标,降低了能耗及助剂的使用,具有节能减排的作用。
Tencel, wool, NOP (nylon spandex core-spun yarn) Roman cloth has excellent application performance. This paper screened the dyes and auxiliaries, and used the high-temperature and dyed the fabric with one- bath two-step dyeing method with high-pressure gas overflow dyeing machine with low bath ratio and low energy consumption, and tested the color fastness to washing and rubbing and the shrinkage rate of the fabric after dyeing, and compared with the water cost dyeing with the overflow machine. The results show that Tencel, wool and NOP roman cloth dyed with black color in a one-bath two-step dyeing method with low bath ratio has a stable quality, the shrinkage rate and dyeing fastness of the finished fabrics can meet standard, which reduces the energy consumption and the use of additives, and has the function of energy saving and emission reduction.
