摘要 特色鲜明的美食莱点正所谓的靠海吃海,烟台宴席的菜品“肴多海味”,这一点在海岛渔家尤为突出。比如长岛春节家宴一般安排10个菜,其中4个凉菜为海蜇皮拌白菜心、金钩海米拌菠菜、大头光鱼拌粉丝、挺拔鱼冻。 As the saying goes, the shore dwellers live off the sea. Most of the feasts in Yantai are seafoods, especially in the island fishermen's families.Be it in the restaurant or at home, the feasts in Yantai both in the past and at present have all been adopting the banquet types and serving the exquisite dishes in accordance with the popular standard at that time.According to historical records, the most valuable feasts in the history of Yantai are the bird's nest feast, the shark's finfeast and the sea cucumber feast, that is, the feast starting with the bird's nest, the shark's finor the sea cucumber feast whatever the standard of the feast is. All those who attend a wedding feast hope to eat heartily. Additionally, the hostsall want to be decent and often try their best to hold the banquet. Therefore, the greatest feature of the feast in Yantai is large servings mostly of meat and few vegetables. The menus of the feast follow the principle of "chicken and fish headed by the sea cucumber," implyingthe idea of the most favorable auspices, surplus year after year and health and longevity.
