摘要
日本1995年基于面临的社会问题和矛盾提出了综合型地域体育俱乐部的构想,经过二十多年的发展,现在已达到3 586个,遍布日本全国。具备了"多项目、多世代、多选择"的特色,并承担着健身、交流、联络等多种社会功能,也成为残疾人健身和融入社会的重要场所。同时,研究从9个方面对残疾人参与综合型地域体育俱乐部的情况进行调查研究,分析了体育特殊教育及残疾人健身体育与综合型地域体育俱乐部的联系,结合我国残疾人体育发展实际及体育特殊教育的未来发展方向,指出我们面临的6个主要问题和矛盾,并提出了发展的思路和建议。
Basing on the changing society contradiction, Japan eventually put forward a model of com- prehensive community sports clubs in 1995. Through 22 years of development, they make a noticeable a- chievement. There have been about 3 586 clubs so far. Comprehensive community sports clubs have in- itially become the system with types of institutions, organizational forms and means of service, and have fully showed their own particular social function. It has gradually become the spot to fitness sport and communicate for people with disabilities too. This paper made detailed analysis from nine aspects on par- ticipated for people with disabilities. The study further analysed the evidence linking special physical ed- ucation and fitness sport of people with disabilities with comprehensive community sports clubs. The arti- cle also points out the idea of win - win between sports of people with disability and special physical ed- ucation combining the facts in China.
