摘要
采用双(三甲氧基硅丙基)胺和丙基三甲氧基硅烷成功制备了水性硅氧烷,并对其进行了红外光谱表征。将其涂在马口铁上制备了硅烷膜层,利用接触角测试、CuSO_4点蚀、电化学测试等评估了不同固化温度下的硅烷膜的性能。结果表明:不同温度固化硅烷膜均有一定疏水性,电化学测试表明120℃固化1h的膜层具有较好的抗腐蚀性能,膜层电阻值高达16540Ω*cm^(-2)。
In this paper,the aqueous siloxanes were successfully prepared using bis(trimethoxysilylpropyl) amine and propyltrimethoxysilane,and characterized by infrared spectroscopy and particle size analysis.The silane film was prepared by coating it on tinplate.The properties of the silane film at different curing temperatures were evaluated by the contact angle test,CuSO4 pitting,and electrochemical tests.The results showed that the water-based siloxane can be stable under the condition of p H value of 3.The cured silane films have certain hydrophobicity at different temperatures.Electrochemical tests show that the film cured at 120℃ for 1 hour has good corrosion resistance.The resistance value is as high as 16540Ω*cm-(-2).
