摘要 结合蒙华铁路汾河特大桥圆端形薄壁变坡空心高墩群施工实例,对高墩群的施工方案进行了设计,介绍了采用"满配式"模板和圆端可调翻模两种施工方案的模板结构设计、配置形式、施工工艺、主要设备配置及墩身施工质量控制,总结了两种类型模板施工的优缺点及适用性,可供同类结构施工参考借鉴。 Combined with the example of hollow high piers with round-ended thin-walled and irregular-inclined on Fen River Bridge in Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway, the construction scheme of high pier group was designed, and the template structure design, configuration form, the technology, main equipment configuration as well as the quality control of the pier body were introduced by using the "full match type" template and The round-ended adjustable rolling over formwork. In addition, the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the two types of formwork construction were summarized, which could be used as reference fur the similar consh'uction.
