摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病采取甘精胰岛素和口服降糖药物联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择某院2017年2月-2018年2月80例2型糖尿病患者根据随机双盲法分为联合组(口服降糖药物联合甘精胰岛素)与对照组(单用口服降糖药物)各40例。测定治疗前与治疗后患者的血糖指标,包括空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和血脂指标TG与TC,记录用药期间低血糖发生情况。结果两组患者在治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TG与TC比较差异并不显著,治疗后联合组前述指标均显著优于对照组;联合组发生低血糖1例,对照组则发生6例,差异有统计学意义。结论 2型糖尿病患者采取甘精胰岛素与口服降糖药物联合治疗可有效改善血糖与血脂指标,且低血糖发生率低,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the combined group（oral hypoglycemic drugs） and the control group（insulin glargine and oral hypoglycemic drugs） according to the randomized double-blind method. The blood glucose indexes of the patients before and after treatment were determined,including fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and blood lipid indicators TG and TC,and the occurrence of hypoglycemia during medication was recorded. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in fasting glucose before treatment,2 h after meal,hemoglobin a1c,TG and TC. 1 case of hypoglycemia occurred in the combined group and 6 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The combination of insulin glargine and oral hypoglycemic drugs could effectively improve the blood glucose and lipids in type 2 diabetic patients,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was low,which was worthy of reference.
