摘要
尿毒症临床上主要有腹膜透析、血液透析和肾移植3种治疗方式,因治疗方式和患者诊治目的不同,所对应的编码截然不同。本文首先详细回顾了3种治疗方式的概念、术式及其相对应的ICD编码,其次通过对具体案例的剖析显示出当前尿毒症相关ICD编码的难点在于编码员对尿毒症专业知识的认知、对不同治疗方式的理解、对尿毒症相关编码的使用原则和方法误解,误区在于未根据患者来院目的和治疗情况区分主要诊断和手术操作编码。通过总结不同情况下疾病和手术ICD编码为编码员合理准确编码尿毒症提供参考。
Uremia is mainly treated by peritoneal dialysis,hemodialysis and kidney transplantation in clinical practice. The corresponding codes are quite different due to different treatment methods and patients＇ diagnosis and treatment purposes. First of all,the article elaborates the concept,operation and corresponding ICD coding of the three treatment methods. The second is through the specific case analysis,and points out that the current uremia related to ICD coding the difficulty lies in the coding of the cognition of uremia professional knowledge and understanding of the different treatments,the use of uremia related coding principle and method,the mistake is that the primary diagnostic and operative codes are not distinguished according to the patient＇s purpose of coming to the hospital and the treatment status. Finally,the ICD coding ideas of diseases and surgery under different conditions are summarized,which can provide a reference for coders to code reasonably and accurately.
