摘要
为了研究坝上长尾鸡胚胎期肌纤维的生长发育规律,试验选取孵化至第6~21天的鸡胚胸肌和腿肌制作石蜡切片,显微镜下测定不同时期肌纤维直径和肌纤维密度,对比胸肌、腿肌的发育程度,并取第1,7,14日龄雏鸡胸肌、腿肌制作涂片观察肌节发育情况。结果表明:从孵化的第6胚龄开始,成肌细胞逐渐融合成肌纤维;从孵化的第14胚龄开始,胸肌和腿肌肌纤维直径逐渐增加,肌纤维密度逐渐降低,腿肌发育更快;而对比观察1,7,14日龄雏鸡的胸肌、腿肌涂片发现,肌组织发育过程中的肌纤维数目不变,主要表现为肌节长度增长和直径变大,其腿肌发育比胸肌快。
The aim of the present study was to investigate the growth and development of muscle fiber during the embryonic stage of Bashang long-tail chicken. The chicken embryo breast and leg muscles from the 6 th to 21 st days of incubation were selected to make paraffin sections,and the diameter and density of muscle fibers in different periods were measured under microscope. The development degree of the breast and leg muscles were compared,and the development of sarcomere was observed by smear of breast and leg muscles of 1,7 and 14-day-old chicks.The results showed that the myoblasts gradually fused in to myofibrils from the 6 th day of incubation. From the 14 th embryonic age,the diameter of breast and leg muscle fibers increased gradually,the density of muscle fibers decreased gradually,and the leg muscle developed faster. However,according to the smears of breast and leg muscles of 1,7 and 14-day-old chicks,it was found that the number of muscle fibers during muscle tissue development was not changed,but the length and diameter of sarcomere increased,and the leg muscle developed faster than that of the breast muscle.
