摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声与MRI诊断手部类风湿关节炎的临床价值。方法:在医院2015-11~2017-11期间诊治的手部类风湿关节炎患者中选取300例作研究对象,对其分别应用彩色多普勒超声与MRI诊断,就2种诊断方式对手部类风湿关节炎的诊断准确性指标进行统计学分析。结果:(1)超声对类风湿关节炎患者的检出率是99.33%,MRI对类风湿关节炎患者的检出率是94.67%,其对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)超声对类风湿关节炎患者积液厚度、滑膜厚度大于MRI,但其对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:与MRI相比,彩色多普勒超声诊断手部类风湿关节炎的临床价值更高,可借鉴。
Objective：To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of hand rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：300 cases of hand rheumatoid arthritis were selected from 2015-11 to 2017-11 in hospital.Color Doppler ultrasound and MRI diagnosis were used respectively,and the diagnostic accuracy indexes of 2 kinds of diagnostic methods for rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed statistically.Results：（1）The detection rate of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was 99.33%,and the detection rate of MRI for rheumatoid arthritis was 94.67%,and there was a statistical difference（P〈 0.05）.（2）The thickness of the effusion and the synovial thickness of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis were greater than that of MRI,but there was no statistical difference between them（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with MRI,ultrasound has a higher clinical value in the diagnosis of hand rheumatoid arthritis.
