摘要
目的研究合并绒毛膜下血肿(SCH)先兆流产患者Th1/Th2细胞因子的平衡状态。方法 60例妇科住院的患者,将30例先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿者作为A组,30例正常妊娠要求终止妊娠者作为B组。采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法检测两组血清中Th1型细胞因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-2]及Th2型细胞因子(IL-4、IL-10)的表达水平。结果 A组Th1细胞因子TNF-α(4.577±0.129)pg/ml、IL-2(0.853±0.441)pg/ml高于B组的(3.286±0.153)、(0.298±0.069)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组Th2型细胞因子IL-4(0.571±0.054)pg/ml、IL-10(5.510±0.806)pg/ml低于B组的(2.380±0.276)、(12.424±1.891)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绒毛膜下血肿的发生发展可能与T淋巴细胞因子的不平衡有关,且向Th1细胞因子的方向偏移。
Objective To research the balance state of Thl/Th2 cytokines inthreatened abortion patients complicated with subchorionic hematoma. Methods A total of 60 hospitalized patients in the department of gynaecology were selected as subjects, 30 cases of threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma were regarded as group A, 30 cases of normal pregnancy who required termination of pregnancy were regarded as group B. The expression levels of Thl cytokines [ tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α ), interleukin-2 (IL-2) ] and Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-10) in serum of the two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The Thl cytokines TNF-α and IL-2 of the group A were (4.577± 0.129) pg/ml and (0.853 ± 0.441) pg/ml respectively, which were significantly higher than (3.286 ± 0.153) pg/ml and (0.298 ± 0.069) pg/ml of the group B, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The Th2 cytokines IL-4 and IL-10 of the group A were (0.571 ±0.054) pg/ml and (5.510 ± 0.806) pg/ml respectively, which were significantly lower than (2.380 ±0.276) pg/ml and (12.424 ±1.891) pg/ml of the group B, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The occurrence and development of subchorionic hematoma may be related to the imbalance of T lymphocyte cytokines, and shift to the direction of Thl cytokine.
