摘要
目的试论临床对高血压患者应用阿司匹林的临床现实意义。方法随机抽选于2016年5月至2018年5月我院顺利收治的120例高血压患者,依照不同治疗方式进行分组。实验组(n=60)应用阿司匹林治疗,对照组(n=60)应用一般方式治疗。将2组的治疗成效、血压水平参数变化情况、并发症予以评价及对比。结果实验组的治疗成效高于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,实验组的舒张压、收缩压水平参数均得到明显改善(P<0.05);实验组的并发症事件减少(P<0.05)。结论临床对高血压患者应用阿司匹林,治疗成效肯定,可有效改善血压水平,且并发症少,安全评价良好,医疗价值高。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of clinical application of aspirin in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 120 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly selected and grouped according to different treatment methods. The experimental group（n =60） was treated with aspirin, and the control group（n =60） was treated with the general method. The treatment outcomes, changes in blood pressure level parameters, and complications of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the parameters of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly improved（P〈 0.05）; Complications in the experimental group decreased（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical application of aspirin in patients with hypertension has a positive effect on treatment, which can effectively improve blood pressure, with fewer complications, good safety evaluation and high medical value.
