摘要
目的了解产后康复护理方案对足月顺产产妇的临床应用价值。方法选2017年间于笔者所在医院产科分娩产妇为研究对象,均为足月顺产,有60例。对产妇进行数字编序后随机每组30例分为对照组与康复组,对照组产妇在产后接受常规护理,康复组在常规护理基础上联合针对性康复护理。比较不同产后干预模式对产妇影响及护理质量评价差异。结果在产后并发症发生情况,对照组发生率为23.3%,康复组发生率为6.7%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在子宫复旧方面,康复组无论产后3d宫底高度或者子宫修复情况均有显著优越性(P<0.05);经问卷调查后,对照组满意率83.3%,康复组满意率100.0%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月顺产产妇应该重视产后的康复护理,能够更好地保障产后身体健康,促进子宫复旧,同时有利于构建和谐医疗环境,值得推广。
Objective To understand the clinical application value of postpartum rehabilitation nursing program for full-term normal delivery women. Methods During the 2017 years, the pregnant women in obstetrics department of the author＇s hospital were selected as the research subjects, all of them were full-term normal delivery, and 60 cases were. 30 cases of each group were divided into the control group and the rehabilitation group. The control group was given regular nursing after the postpartum, and the rehabilitation group was combined with the routine nursing care on the basis of routine nursing. The effects of different postpartum intervention modes on maternal and nursing quality were compared. Results The postpartum complications occurred in 23.3% in the control group and 6.7% in the rehabilitation group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. In terms of uterine involution, the rehabilitation group had no postpartum 3 days. Bottom height or uterine repair were significantly superior（P〈0.05）. After the questionnaire survey, the satisfaction rate in the control group was 83.3%, and the satisfaction rate in the rehabilitation group was 100.0%. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Full-term normal delivery and childbirth should pay attention to post-natal rehabilitation care, can better protect postpartum health, promote uterine involution, and help build a harmonious medical environment. It is worth promoting.
