个性化教育联合同伴支持对双相精神障碍患者自我管理的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Personalized Education Combined with Peer Support on the Self-management of Patients with Bipolar Disorder

摘要 目的探讨个性化教育联合同伴支持对双相精神障碍患者自我管理的影响。方法选择2017年11月至2018年5月入院收治的双相精神障碍患者76例,根据护理方法不同分为观察组38例和对照组38例。对照组采用一般健康教育,观察组采用个性化教育联合同伴支持。比较两组干预前、后杨氏躁狂评定量表(YMRS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、功能检测简版(FAST)评分及患者的自我管理水平。结果观察组和对照组干预后YMRS评分和HAMD评分均低于干预前,其中观察组躁狂发作和抑郁发作改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自主生活、职业功能、人际关系、休闲等FAST各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后自理能力、健康教育水平、自我防护能力、情绪控制能力等自我管理水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化教育联合同伴支持能够有效缓解双相精神障碍患者的病情,改善整体功能损害程度,提升患者的自我管理能力,促进其康复,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of personalized education and peer support on the self-management of patients with bipolar disorder. Methods Seventy-six patients with bipolar disorder treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into observation group 38 cases and control group 38 cases according to different nursing methods. The control group used general health education, and the observation group used personalized education to support peer support. The YMRS scores, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) scores, FAST scores, and patient self-management were compared before and after intervention in the two groups. Results The YMRS score and HAMD score were lower in the observation group and the control group than before the intervention. The improvement of manic episode and depression episode in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The observation group had independent life, occupational function, and interpersonal relationship. FAST scores in relationship and leisure were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Self-management levels in the self-care ability, health education level, self-protection ability, and emotional control ability were better in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Personalized education combined with peer support can effectively alleviate the condition of patients with bipolar disorder, improve the overall degree of functional impairment, improve the patient's ability to self-management, and promote their recovery, which is worth promoting.
