摘要
目的研究将标准化管理措施应用在中药药剂管理中的效果。方法将本单位2017年3月至2018年2月期间中药药剂管理档案共计300份作为研究对象,将全部研究对象进行随机分组:实验组与对照组,每组有档案150份。给予实验组实施标准化管理,对照组则实施普通的管理。结果比较两组问题的发生率情况,对照组患者发生率与实验组相比更高;比较两组的满意度、考核评分情况,对照组患者评分与实验组相比更低,P<0.05,组间具有统计学差异。结论将标准化管理措施应用在中药药剂管理过程中,显著提升了中药药剂管理的效果,确保了患者用药的安全性,整体效果佳,值得在临床中推荐使用。
Objective To study the application effect of standardized management measures in the management of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods From March 2017 to February 2018, a total of 300 archives of Chinese medicine management were taken as the research object, and all the research object were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, with 150 files in each group. The experimental group was given standardized management while the control group received general management. Results Compared the incidence of two groups of problems, the incidence of patients in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group; compared the satisfaction, assessment score of the two groups, the score of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group, P 0.05, there was significant statistical difference. Conclusion The application of standardized management measures in the management process of Chinese medicine medicament has greatly improved the effect of the management of Chinese medicine, and ensured the safety of the patients, and the overall effect is good. It is worth recommending to use in the clinic.
