摘要
目的探讨与分析囊肿切除术在卵巢囊肿患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法从本院2017年2月至2018年2月接收的卵巢囊肿患者中,随机抽取70例患者,将其按照入院顺序进行奇偶排序,35例奇数患者作为观察组,接受腹腔镜下囊肿切除术进行治疗,35例偶数患者作为对照组,接受传统开腹囊肿切除术进行治疗。观察两组患者手术基本情况,并对比两组患者治疗前后性激素水平变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间均低于对照组;观察组患者治疗后LH、FSH水平均低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组;观察组患者治疗后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿患者接受腹腔镜下囊肿切除术进行治疗效果较为显著,并且不会对患者的卵巢功能造成损伤,安全性较高,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the value of cystectomy in the clinical treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods From February 2017 to February 2018, 70 patients with ovarian cysts were random Ly selected. According to the order of hospitalization, odd odd patients were selected. 35 cases of odd numbered patients were treated with laparoscopic cystectomy. 35 cases of even number of patients were treated with traditional open cyst excision as control group. The basic conditions of the two groups were observed, and the changes of sex hormone levels and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anus exhaust time and length of stay were all lower than those in the control group. The patients in the observation group had lower LH and FSH levels after treatment than the control group, and the E2 level was higher than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic cystectomy for ovarian cysts has a significant effect,It is safe and worthy of promotion.
