摘要
在社会快速发展的同时,医疗体制改革也在不断的深入。医院改革的重点是遵循社会保障与公益性质共存,坚持以人为本的服务理念,严格区分政务之间的关系,科学合理地进行管理,加强现代化建设,提高医疗服务水平,促进医疗卫生事业的发展。近年来,医疗改革实施后怎样加强医院内部财务管理与控制,让医院的经济效益与社会效益获得良好的发展,是目前医院相关人员需要深入思考的问题。探讨如何加强医院内部财务管理与控制是现阶段医院需要重视的问题。随着社会的发展,医院经济活动以及经济关系在逐渐改变,医院需迎接更加剧烈的竞争和挑战,在管理中寻找发展的方向,适应新形式的要求。本文对医改方案实施基础下加强医院内部财务管理、控制的措施进行研究。
At the same time of rapid social development, the reform of the medical system is constantly deepening. The focus of hospital reform is to follow the coexistence of social security and public welfare, adhere to the people-oriented service concept, strictly distinguish the relationship between government affairs, conduct scientific and rational management, strengthen modernization, improve the level of medical services, and promote the development of medical and health services. In recent years, how to strengthen the internal financial management and control of the hospital after the implementation of the medical reform, so that the hospital＇s economic and social benefits have achieved a good development, is the current hospital personnel need to think deeply. Discussing how to strengthen hospital internal financial management and control is a problem that hospitals should pay attention to at this stage. With the development of society, hospital economic activities and economic relations are gradually changing. Hospitals need to face more fierce competition and challenges, seek development direction in management, and adapt to new forms of requirements. This article studies the measures for strengthening internal financial management and control in hospitals under the implementation of medical reform programs.
