摘要
"十二五""十三五"规划极大地推动了我国绿色建筑的发展。然而,2030年我国碳排放达峰承诺,"十九大"绿色发展相关部署,以及人民群众对居住舒适度及环境健康性能的要求和对美好生活的需求不断提高,均对未来我国绿色建筑的发展提出了新的、更高的要求。绿色建筑发展的最终、最大的收益是以人为本地提高建筑质量尤其是建筑室内环境品质。如何与时俱进地利用快速发展的计算机、传感、通信、大数据及人工智能等技术及先进的健康理念,尽可能地提高包括室内环境品质、能耗等在内的建筑性能,是绿色建筑发展面临的重要挑战。本文基于团队的一些前期研究,从以性能为导向的建筑设计优化技术、"以人为本"的室内环境营造理念及室内环境的智能化营造的初步尝试等三个层面探讨了新时代高品质建筑的实现途径,并提出了我们对未来智慧人居的设想与展望。
The 12 th and 13 th Five-year Plans have greatly promoted the development of green buildings in China. However, the commitment that China's carbon emissions will reach a peak by 2030, the arrangements on green development by the "Nineteenth National Congress", the higher requirements from residences on the comfort and health of indoor environment, have put forward new and higher requirements for the future development of green buildings in China. The ultimate dividend of the development of green building is to improve the quality of building, especially the quality of indoor environment. How to make use of the rapid developing techniques, including computing, sensing, communicating, big data and artificial intelligence and advanced health concept, to improve the building performance as high as possible, is an important challenge for the future development of green buildings. This paper discussed the approaches to achieve high performance building in the new era based on previous researches of the team, from the following 3 aspects: the performance-oriented building design and optimization technology, "people-oriented" concept of indoor environment construction, and intelligent technologies for building indoor environment construction. Finally, we put forward the vision of future intelligent human settlement.
