摘要
目的分析中老年体检者高血脂检出率结果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2017年12月接收的5087例中老年体检者作为研究对象,根据年龄的不同分为中年组(60岁以下)和老年组(60岁及以上),中年组2527例,老年组2560例,比较两组高血脂的检出率,并对检出率结果进行分析。结果中年组高血脂检出率为25.4%,老年组高血脂检出率为33.7%,老年组高血脂检出率要明显高于中年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血脂症各型的检出情况方面,老年组高胆固醇血症、高甘油三脂症、混合型症检出率同中年组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中老年体检者高血脂检出率比较高,老年患者的检出率要高于中年患者,要采取积极有效的措施加以防治。
Objective To analyze the results of high blood lipid detection rate in middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods We selected 5087 elderly and middle-aged persons who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as research objects. According to age, they were divided into middle-aged group（below 60 years old） and old age group（60 years old and above）. There were 2527 cases in the middle age group and 2560 cases in the elderly group. The detection rate of high blood lipids was compared between the two groups, and the results of the detection rate were analyzed. Results The detection rate of hyperlipidemia was 25.4% in middle-aged group and 33.7% in elderly group. The detection rate of hyperlipidemia in elderly group was significantly higher than that in middle-aged group（P〈0.05）. As for the detection of hyperlipidemia, there was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and mixed syndrome in the elderly group compared with the middle-aged group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of hyperlipidemia in middle-aged and elderly patients is relatively high. The detection rate of elderly patients is higher than that of middle-aged patients. Active and effective measures must be taken to prevent and treat them.
