摘要
目的评价标准化病人(standerdized patient,SP)在医学生医患沟通教学中的应用效果。方法选择上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院的40名医学生为研究对象,分别在培训前后,利用标准化病人进行考核,用SUGUE量表进行沟通技能评分。结果培训结束后,学生医患沟通评分明显提高,与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将标准化病人引入医患沟通教学中,可以提高医学生的沟通能力和技巧,为其将来进入临床工作、构建和谐医患关系打下坚实基础。
Objective To evaluate the application of standardized patients in medical students doctor-patient communication in teaching. Methods Forty students of Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research object. At the beginning and end of the training, the standardized patients were used to assess and the communication skills were scored with SUGUE scale. Results After training, the scores of doctor-patient communication were significantly improved, comparing with those before training, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The introduction of standardized patients into the teaching of doctor-patient communication can improve the communication ability and skills of medical students and lay a solid foundation for their future clinical work and the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
