一种快速鉴别双委夜蛾蛹和成虫雌雄的方法 被引量:8

摘要 为总结一种快速区分双委夜蛾[Athetis dissimilis (Hampson)]蛹和成虫雌雄的方法,本试验以双委夜蛾健康蛹和成虫为虫源,使用体视显微镜观察双委夜蛾蛹和成虫外部形态异同。结果表明,双委夜蛾雌蛹腹部末端分节不明显,第10腹节与第9腹节边缘相切后在第8腹节形成一个倒Y状结构,第8腹节腹面上部有一纵裂缝,裂缝两侧平坦,无突起;雄蛹腹部末端分节明显,第9腹节腹面有一纵裂缝,边缘两侧分别有一个瘤状突起。双委夜蛾雌成虫腹部较粗,末端圆筒状,有黄色短毛簇,生殖孔清晰可见;雄成虫腹部较细,末端狭长,有黄色长毛簇。经检验,该鉴定方法正确率达100%,可快速准确鉴定双委夜蛾蛹和成虫的雌雄,对于人工饲养、田间采集、预测预报等具有重要意义。 In order to sum up a method for the rapid sex - detemfination of pupae and adults of Athetis dissimilis (Hampson) , the healthy pupae and adults were chosen as the insect source and the external morphology of pupae and adults was observed using a stethoscope to find similarities and differences between male and female. The results showed that the segmentation in the end of abdominal of the female pupae was not obvious ; the edge of the 10th and 9th abdominal segments were tangent and fomled an inverted Y shape structure on the 8th abdominal segment which had a longitudinal crack in the ventral side with flat sides and no humps. The segmentation in the end of abdominal segment of the male pupae was obvious and the 9th abdominal segment had a longitudinal crack in the ventral side with a tumor on both sides of the border. The female adults' abdomen were coarse and cylindric with a cluster of yellow short tail hair in the end and the genital were clearly visible, while the males' abdomen were long and narrow with yellow long tail hair. The accuracy of thisly identified, which was important for artificial feeding, field collection and prediction.
