摘要
随着新时代经济社会的迅速发展,社会对于人才的要求越来越高。面临时代压力的教育改革也对教师队伍的建设和发展提出了新的课题。在当前高中教师发展以自我发展为主要方式的情况下,研究高中教师自我持续发展的动力问题,具有一定的现实意义。高中教师自我发展的动力可以分为自发式动力、自觉式动力、外在型动力三种类型。针对不同的动力,采取相应的措施,不仅可以促进高中教师自我发展,满足其自我实现的需要,也可以提高教学质量,促进高中教育的发展。
With the rapid development of economy and society in the new era, the society s demand for talents is getting higher and higher. The educational reform while facing the pressure of the times has also put forward a new topic for the construction and development of the teachers team. In the current high school, it s main way for teachers to take self-development. The study of the high school teachers self-sustainable development in motivation problem has a certain practical significance. Based on the analysis of social investigation, this paper aims to explore the dynamic factors that affect the self-development of high school teachers, so as to provide reference for creating a better self-development environment for them.
