摘要
为了解高温下预制装配式型钢混凝土(prefabricated steel reinforced concrete,简称PSRC)梁的耐火性能,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了外荷载和火灾高温共同作用下PSRC梁有限元分析模型,并验证了模型的合理性,对比分析了PSRC梁与整浇梁耐火性能的差异,讨论分析了现浇部分混凝土强度、型钢屈服强度以及内部型钢截面尺寸对PSRC梁耐火极限的影响。研究表明:整浇梁的抗火性能比PSRC梁的抗火性能略好;型钢截面尺寸对叠合梁的影响显著,随着型钢截面尺寸的增大,叠合梁的耐火极限增加,耐火性能也就越好;在预制部分混凝土强度不变的前提下,同一荷载比下提高现浇部分混凝土强度,耐火极限略有降低;在相同荷载比下,增大内部型钢屈服强度,叠合梁的耐火极限略有提高,但影响不显著。
In order to understand the fire resistance of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete(abbreviated as PSRC) beams under high temperature, finite element analysis model of PSRC beams under external load and fire high temperature was established by finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the model was verified.The rationality, compared and analyzed the difference of the fire resistance of the PSRC beam and the cast-inplace beam. The influence ofthe strength of the cast-in-place concrete, the yield strength of the steel and the size of the internal steel section on the fire resistance of the PSRC beam were discussed. The research shows that the fire resistance of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beams is slightly better than that of the whole cast beams. the section size of the steel beam have a significant influence on the composite beam. With the increase of the section size of the steel beam, the fire resistance limit of the composite beam increases, and the fire resistance is better. Under the premise that the strength of the prefabricated part of the concrete remains unchanged, the concrete strength of the cast-in-place part is increased at the same load ratio, and the fire resistance limit is slightly reduced. Under the same load ratio, the yield strength of the internal steel is increased and the fire resistance limit of the composite beam is slightly increased, but the effect is not significant.
