Q345冷成型钢高温后力学性能研究

摘要 将2种厚度的Q345冷成型钢试件加热至不同温度,待冷却至室温后进行轴向拉伸试验。分析冷成型钢材料高温后的本构曲线,以及相关力学性能指标的变化规律。归纳不同的厚度对冷成型钢材料力学性能的影响。利用Origin对试验数据处理并拟合出相关指标的预测方程,以便准确地预估材料高温后的力学性能,可用于冷成型钢结构火灾后的性能评估。 The Q345 cold-formed steel specimens of two thicknesses were heated to different temperatures and axial tension tests were performed after eooling to room temperature. Analyze the eonstitutive eurve of eold-formed steel after elevated temperature, and the ehange rule of relevant meehanieal properties. The effeets of different thieknesses on the meehanieal properties of eold-formed steels are summarized. Using experimental data to fit the predietive equations of the relevant indieators by Origin, it is possible to aeeurately prediet the meehanieal properties of the material after elevated temperature, and it ean be used to evaluate the performanee of eold-formed steel struetures after a fire.
