16排螺旋CT三维重建用于胫骨平台骨折修复中的临床价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨16排螺旋CT三维重建用于胫骨平台骨折修复中的临床价值。方法:于2016年1月~2017年12月期间,将前来某院治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者共计52例归入到研究对象群中,所有患者病情均进行X射线检查、CT检查、手术病理验证,对比CT与X射线诊断结果,汇报CT检查结果,统计患者的治疗效果。结果:CT诊断结果准确率高达100%,X射线诊断结果准确率为84.62%,P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义;CT检查发现有左侧骨折29例,右侧骨折21例,双侧骨折2例,与手术病理结果相同;有37例患者接受治疗后,骨折部位愈合效果显著,膝关节评分表现优秀,有13例患者膝关节评分良好,有1例患者膝关节评分中等,有1例患者膝关节评分为差,整体治疗效果优秀,膝关节评分优良率为96.15%。结论:16排螺旋CT三维重建技术对胫骨平台骨折具有优秀的判断效果,诊断效率较高,结果十分准确,可为后续制定治疗方案提供有力的诊断借鉴信息。 Objective To explore the clinical value of 16 row spiral CT 3D reconstruction in repair of tibia plateau fracture. Methods: 52 patients with fracture of tibial plateau treated in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and classified into the study as object, all patients were performed X-ray, CT examination, surgical pathology verification, compared CT and X-ray diagnosis, reported the CT examination results and the treatment of patients with statistical results. Results: The accuracy of CT diagnosis was very high, reaching 100%, and the X-ray diagnosis performed well with 84.62%, P 〈0.05,the difference between the groups was statistically significant. CT examination showed that there were 29 cases of left fracture, 21 cases of right fracture and 2 cases of bilateral fracture, which were the same as the pathological results of surgery. 37 patients of the fracture healing effect after treatment is remarkable, knee scoring performance was good, 13 cases of patients with knee score was good, 1 case of patients with knee score was medium, 1 cases of patients with knee score was poor, the overall treatment effect was good,the good rate of knee score was 96.15%. Conclusion: 16 row spiral CT 3D reconstruction technology in repair of tibial plateau fracture has excellent judgment effect and diagnosis efficiency is high, the result is very accurate, it can provide powerful diagnostic information as reference for follow-up treatment.
