摘要
目的:观察温针灸配合愈肠栓治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎(直肠和乙状结肠病变)的临床疗效。方法:将48例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用温针灸结合愈肠栓治疗,对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗,治疗4周后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后腹痛、腹泻及脓血便症状积分及Baron内镜评分与治疗前比较均明显降低(P <0. 01);且治疗组腹泻、脓血便积分及Baron内镜评分均明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组临床总有效率为95. 83%,对照组临床总有效率为87. 5%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:温针灸配合愈肠栓治疗能显著改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状,促进肠黏膜愈合,且无明显不良反应。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of needle-warming moxibustion combined with Yuchang Suppository in the treatment of cold and hot mixed ulcerative colitis（ UC）,which is casued by the lesions of recta and sigmoid colon. Methods： 48 patients with UC were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with Yuchang Suppository combined with needle-warming moxibustion. The control group was treated with Sulfasalazine Suppository. After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups. Results： After the treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody purulent stool,and Baron endoscopic were significantly lowered than those before the treatment（ P〈0. 01）; except the score of abdominal pain,the other scores were more lower in the treatment group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 83%,which was significantly higher than 87. 5% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yuchang Suppository combined with needle-warming moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with UC,it can promote intestinal mucosal healing with no obvious adverse reactions.
