摘要
油气井或注水井的油套管泄漏或套管环空窜漏检测是井筒完整性管理中的重要环节。梯度井温测井、流量计测井、噪声测井等常规井筒泄漏检测技术,往往因为小的泄漏引起的泄漏点周缘温度、压力、流量等变化低于测井仪器的分辨率。介绍井下超声波泄漏检测仪WLD的仪器结构和测量原理,给出了仪器的技术指标和主要特点。以四川油气田典型"三高气井"LG2井的井下超声波泄漏测井找漏为例,分析、评价了井下超声波泄漏检测仪现场应用。实际应用表明,井下超声波泄漏检测仪能够检测微小渗漏。即使在外层水泥环或套管环空存在窜漏等井下复杂检测环境下,也能识别出内层管柱上的泄漏点。新一代井下超声波泄漏检测技术在四川油气田的成功应用,可望为查找"三高气井"油套管泄漏或套管环空窜漏等提供准确的测井检测手段,为"三高气井"治理提供科学决策依据。
Tubing and production casing leakage or tubing-casing annulus channeling detection in oil and gas wells or injection wells is an important part of wellbore integrity management. Conventional wellbore leakage detection techniques, such as gradient well temperature logging, flowmeter logging and noise logging, often face challenges due to small changes of peripheral temperature, pressure and flow rate of the leaking point are lower than the resolution of the logging instrument. A new generation of downhole ultrasonic leakage detector WLD can address the problem. The instrument structure and measurement principle of WLD are introduced, and the technical indicators and main features of the instrument are given. Taking the downhole ultrasonic leakage logging of the typical high-temperature, high-sulfur-bearing and high-productivity gas well LG2 in Sichuan oil and gas field as case study, the field application of the ultrasonic leakage detector is analyzed and evaluated. Applications have shown that the downhole ultrasonic leakage detector are capable of detecting small leaks. Leakage points on the inner pipeline can be identified even in complex detection environments such as leaking in the outer cement sheath or casing annulus. The successful application of the new generation of downhole ultrasonic leakage detection technology in Sichuan oil and gas fields is expected to provide accurate logging detection method for finding tubing and casing leakage or casing annulus leakage in “high-temperature, high-sulfur-bearing and high-productivity gas well”, and provide scientific decision-making basis for the treatment of “high-temperature, high-sulfur-bearing and high-productivity gas well”.
