摘要 目的对益母草毒性作用研究的概况进行综述,为科学评价和进一步系统研究益母草的毒性提供参考。方法收集并整理、分析有关益母草临床毒性、毒性作用和机制、毒性物质基础、配伍减毒和炮制减毒等方面的国内外文献。结果临床有较多有关益母草不良反应的报道;益母草及其提取物的毒性靶器官主要为肾脏、肝脏,无遗传毒性;其肾毒性的机制可能是氧化损伤;益母草的毒性与总生物碱含量有一定相关性,其致毒性的成分可能主要存在于其石油醚提取物中;合理配伍、炮制均可减轻益母草的毒性。结论对于益母草毒性的研究目前尚不系统、深入,现有的研究结果也不尽一致,益母草的毒性是源于其所含的生物碱类成分还是其它脂溶性成分至今尚不明确,致益母草毒性作用的化学成分还有待进一步分离、确证,益母草的毒性与给药剂量、给药时间的相关性有待阐明,益母草的毒性与产地、生长环境、采收时间的相关性也有待阐明。 Objective To update the progress in toxicity of Herba Leonuri, and provide guidance for the scientific evaluation and further systematic study of toxicity of Herba Leonuri. Methods Extensive literatures at home and abroad about the research of adverse reactions in clinical application, toxic characteristics and mechanism, toxic constituents, detoxification methods of Herba Leonuri were collated, analyzed and summarized in this paper. Results A number of adverse reactions of Herba Leonuri were reported. The toxicity target organs of herba leonuri and its extracts were mainly kidney and liver. Herba leonuri has no genetic toxic effect. The oxidative damage mechanism may be one of the pathological damage mechanisms of the nephrotoxicity. The toxicity of Herba Leonuri and total alkaloids content showed a correlation. The toxic component which is responsible for the toxicity of HL might be mainly in the petroleum ether extract. Reasonable compatibility and processing can reduce the toxicity of Herba Leonuri. Conclusions The study on the toxicity of Herba Leonuri is not systematic, in-depth, and the existing results are not consistent. It is still unclear whether the toxicity of Herba Leonuri is due to its alkaloids or other lipophilic components. The chemical constituents of the toxic effect of Herba Leonuri need to be further separated and confirmed. The correlation between the toxicity of Herba Leonuri and the dosage and time of administration is to be clarified, and the correlation between toxicity of Herba Leonuri and its origin, habitat and harvest time also needs to be clarified.
