摘要
目的探讨温肺散寒化痰止咳类中药治疗肺部感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取于感染后咳嗽之肺气虚寒型患者140例,随机分为治疗组(n=70)和对照组(n=70)。治疗组患者70例口服玉屏止咳汤,对照组患者70例服用美敏伪麻口服溶液。2组疗程均为2周。观察2组治疗效果,统计相关临床资料进行分析,为临床治疗感染后咳嗽提供参考。结果治疗组总有效率为91.43%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组积分明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后积分明显低于对照组。结论温肺散寒化痰止咳类中药治疗肺气虚寒型感染后咳嗽可以明显减轻症状,缩短疗程。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warming lung and dispersing cold phlegm and eliminating phlegm and stopping cough in the treatment of cough after pulmonary infection. Methods Selected cough after pulmonary infection with deficiency of lung qi patients. Divided all the patients into treatment group（70 cases） and control group（70 cases）. The patients in treatment group took oral Yuping Zhike decoction for treatment, the patients inthe control group took Psendoephcdrine Hydrochloride Chlorphenamine Maleate and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Solution for treatment. The course of treatment in the two groups were 2 weeks. Observe the treatment effect of two groups of patients, To analyze the clinical data of two groups of patients, to provide the basis for clinical therapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（91.43%） was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the score of two groups were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）, and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions Warming lung to disperse cold, phlegm and stopping cough type of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cold type of lung-qi infection after cough, can reduce symptoms to shorten the course of treatment.
