摘要
在新常态下,高校的思想政治教育正在面临着前所未有的挑战,思想政治教育的功能没有得到有效的发挥,传统的思想政治教育理念对当代大学生已经越来越失去吸引力,无法跟上时代发展的步伐,因此要适应新常态的变化,就要不断地对高校的思想政治教育理念进行创新和发展,充分发挥大学生的主体地位,改变传统的说教式的教育理念,体现以人为本的思想,将传统的思想政治教育向智慧型教育转变。
Under the new normal, the ideological and political e-ducation in colleges and universities is facing unprecedentedchallenges. The function of ideological and political education hasnot been effectively played. The traditional ideological and politi-cal education concept has become less and less attractive to thecontemporary college students, and cannot keep up with the de-velopment of the times. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt the newnormal. It is necessary to innovate and develop the ideologicaland political education concept in colleges and universities, givefull play to the main body status of college students, change thetraditional teaching concept of sermon, reflect the idea of peopleoriented, and change the traditional ideological and political edu-cation to the smart education.
