摘要
采用比较解剖和显微切片技术,对红松与前红松的植纹进行了比较研究.结果表明:叶横切面,红松背面叶的下皮层细胞有断开的第二层,前红松却只有一层;叶纵切面,红松管胞分子内壁光滑,前红松的管胞分子却具螺纹加厚;比较茎的次生结构,前红松无规则的年轮,红松有比较规则的年轮;前红松茎材和根材的管胞分子长度及长宽比都比红松的长、大;前红松茎晚材的管胞有螺纹加厚,而红松茎晚材的管胞无螺纹加厚;红松与前红松的植纹存在明显区别,植纹可以作为区别不同植物种的重要依据.
A comparative study on the plant print of Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc.and P.prokoraiensis Y.T.Zhao,J.M.Lu et A.G.Gu.The results were followed.The transverse section of hypodermis on the dorsal leaves of the needles had another second discontinuous hypodermis in Pinus koraiensis,but there were only one-layer cells in Pinus prokoraiensis.There were smooth on inner wall of tracheids of Pinus koraiensis,but there were spiral thickenings in P.prokoraiensis.The annual ring of Pinus prokoraiensis’ s xylem was irregular,but that of P.koraiensis’ s xylem was comparatively regular.The length and the rate of length to width of the tracheids of root or stem of Pinus koraiensis were both smaller than those of P.prokoraiensis.The tracheids of stem later wood of Pinus koraiensis hade smooth wall thickness,But,the P.prokoraiensis’ s tracheids were spiral thickenings.It was indicated that the plant print was a distinct difference between Pinus koraiensis and P.prokoraiensis.The plant print can be used as an important basis to different plant species.
