摘要
郑州高新技术开发区在"中原崛起战略"的浪潮中迅速发展,外商直接投资的规模日渐扩大。随着产业布局的逐步调整,郑州高新技术开发区充分利用FDI的产业资本效应、技术溢出效应以及产业关联效应,不断引导资本流动,促进产业融合,使其产业结构向更合理的方向发展。在未来的发展中,郑州高新技术开发区可以采取以下措施来促进其产业结构升级:第一,加大对外商直接投资的产业导向力度和技术导向力度,使资本流向产业结构中相对薄弱的领域,以弥补市场机制的不足。第二,改善投资环境,吸引高质量的外资。第三,创新利用FDI方式,获取先进技术和管理经验,充分发挥FDI的各大产业效应。
Zhengzhou High-tech Development Zone has been developing rapidly in the wave of ＂Central China＇ s Rising Strategy＂ , and the scale of FDI has been expanding. With the gradual adjustment of the industrial layout, Zhengzhou High-tech Development Zone fully utilizes FDI＇ s industrial capital effect, the technology spillover effect and the industrial correlation effect in guiding capital flow, promoting industrial integration, and enabling the industrial institutions to develop in a more rational direction. In the future, Zhengzhou High-tech Development Zone can take the following measures to promote the upgrading of its industrial structure. First, strengthen the industrial and technology orientation of foreign direct investment, and guide the capital flow to relatively weak areas of industrial structure so as to compensate for the lack of market mechanisms. Second, improve the investment environment and attract high-quality foreign investment. Third, make innovative use of FDI, acquire access to advanced technology and management to give full play to the major industrial effect of FDI.
