井下修井技术环保难点与防控有效策略 被引量:4

摘要 在人们对能源需求量逐年增加以及环保意识不断提升的新时期,作为整个油田企业的重要组成部分的油田井下作业必须走绿色安全的路线。而实际井下作业修井过程中,很容易产生大量污染物,同时,传统井下作业修井技术还面临高能耗、安全系数低等问题。为了不断提高修井作业防控质量和水平,保护生态环境的稳定和安全,提出了井下作业绿色修井技术的构想,并针对其实现过程中可能遇到的问题和难点以及如何防控事故提出了建议和措施。 As an important part of the whole oilfield enterprise,oil field downhole operation must take the green safe route.In the actual production process,the downhole operation represented by workover is easy to produce a large amount of pollutants.The traditional downhole workover technology is faced with the problems of high energy consumption and low safety coefficient.In order to continuously improve the quality and level of workover operation pollution control and to protect the stability and safety of ecological environment,this paper put forward the conception of green workover technology for downhole operation.It also put forward some suggestions and measures on how to prevent and control accidents in view of the problems and difficulties that may be encountered in the process of implementation.
