摘要
同普通的高等院校相比,成人教育不管是在教育形式,还是在授课方式、学生类别中均存在着较大的差异性。想要提升成人教育办学效率,就必须要强化学生管理,深入贯彻成人教育体系。本文首先对成人高等教育学生工作面临的新形势进行了分析,同时阐述了成人学生特点及学习现状的问卷调查分析、深入剖析新形势下成人高等教育学生管理工作存在的问题,最后总结了创新学生管理工作进行探索研究。
Compared with ordinary colleges and universities,adult education has great differences in the form of education,the way of teaching and the type of students. In order to improve the efficiency of adult education,it is necessary to strengthen the management of students and thoroughly carry out the adult education system. This paper first analyzes the new situation of students＇ work in adult higher education. At the same time,it expounds the characteristics of adult students and the questionnaire analysis of their learning status,deeply analyzing the problems existing in the management of adult higher education students under the new situation. Finally,the paper summarizes and explores the student management work innovatively.
