摘要
针对矿井环境恶劣、实时监控效果差的问题,设计一套带式输送机自动化调节系统。该系统可监测带式输送机工作状态,自动调节运输速度,可减小设备损耗,提高输送机的使用寿命,相比传统的继电器控制有着更高的效率与安全稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of bad mine environment and poor real-time monitoring effect, an automaticregulation system of belt conveyor is developed. The system can monitor the working condition of belt conveyor, adjustthe speed of transportation automatically, reduce the loss of equipment and improve the service life of conveyor.Compared with the traditional relay control, the system has higher efficiency and safety and stability.
