摘要
通过视觉检查、显微镜检查和硬度测量等方式分析了采煤机减速器中环形齿轮内齿断裂失效的原因,并针对这些原因提出了相应的优化措施,以防止在生产过程中切削减速器的传动系统失效。
By means of visual inspection, microscope examination and hardness measurement, the causes of fracturefailure of ring gear inner teeth in shearer reducer are analyzed, and the corresponding optimization measures are putforward. In order to prevent in the production process cutting reducer transmission system failure.
