摘要
从齿轮、钻模类、锥度类、箱体类、复杂检测项目和日常类等多款本厂核心产品的检测过程进行说明,对三坐标检测机的各项功能进行分析。三坐标测量机的应用弥补了检测方面的不足,提高了检测精度、减少了人力、节约了时间、提高了检验工作效率,从使用上满足了检测要求并达到了最佳的性价比,从而产生了较高的经济效益。
The testing process of many core products of our factory, such as gears, drilling tools, taper, box, complexinspection items and daily items, is explained, and the functions of the three coordinate measuring machine areexplained in many aspects. It not only makes up for the deficiency in detection, but also improves the precision ofdetection, reduces manpower, saves time and improves the efficiency of inspection, in order to meet the requirements ofdetection and achieve the best ratio of performance and price in use, thus producing higher economic benefits.
