摘要
为了提高市场监管电子政务系统的安全性,提出了一种基于SIM型密码卡的移动市场监管系统。在SIM型密码卡中存储电子政务数字证书作为用户身份识别标识并集成了加密算法,用户经认证网关识别通过后与移动接入区建立SSL VPN通道,访问权限由移动集成管理平台分配。该方案在用户端实施公私数据隔离,在政务网与互联网间进行安全接入控制,可有效提高政务网的安全性,降低管理复杂度并提高市场监管人员工作效率。
In order to improve security of the market supervision and management e - government system, a mobile marketsupervision and management system based on security SIM card has been proposed. The e-government CA certificate is stored in thesecurity SIM card and the encryption algorithm is integrated. After user passed the authentication gateway, an SSL VPN channel withthe mobile access area has been established, and access permission has been assigned by the mobile integrated management platform.The solution isolates public data and private data, achieves secure access control, improves the security of the government networkand reduces the management complexity.
