摘要
建国以来,特别是改革开放以来,党和国家一直重视扶贫、脱贫工作,从提出"共同富裕"目标到进行"精准扶贫"战略的实施,经历了40年的实践和探索,取得了重大成就和突破。兰考县的脱贫作为中国扶贫道路的一个里程碑,见证了党和国家几十年扶贫工作的探索和成就,对于其它地区扶贫工作的继续开展具有重要启示意义。
Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, especially since the reform and opening- up, the Chinese Communist Party and the country have attached great importance to poverty alleviation. It has gone through 40 years of practice and exploration, and made significant achievements and breakthroughs, from the intro- duction of the goal of ＂common prosperity＂ to the implementation of the strategy of ＂targeted poverty reduction＂. As a milestone on China＇ s road to poverty alleviation, Lankao County＇s poverty alleviation has witnessed the explo- ration and achievement of the CPC and the country＇ s poverty alleviation work for decades, which is of great signifi- cance for the continuous development of poverty alleviation work in other regions.
