镀锡基板表面粗糙度对涂印附着力的影响及工艺优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 在相同镀锡工艺、涂印工艺条件下,分析了不同粗糙度镀锡板涂印后附着力的差异,确定了符合镀锡板附着力要求的镀锡基板表面粗糙度应为0. 5~0. 6μm。通过平整工艺研究,明确了影响粗糙度指标的主要因素,通过优化工艺参数,最终确定符合要求的轧辊表面粗糙度落点为0. 80~1. 0μm和轧辊在线运行长度为160 km。 Under the same tin plating process and coating process conditions, the adhesion difference between different roughness tinplate after coating was analyzed, and the surface roughness of tinplate which meets the adhesion requirement should be 0.5~0.6 μ m. The main factors affecting the roughness index were identified through the study of tempering process. By optimizing the technological parameters, the surface roughness of the roller was 0.80~1.0 micron and the on-line running length of the roller was 160 km.
