摘要
以针对德龙钢铁有限公司线材厂吐丝机吐丝管内壁被磨穿、吐丝乱、使用寿命低的问题,分析了吐丝管的结构和工作状态,吐丝管由压缩空气进行间歇性清扫内壁残留氧化铁皮,冷却效果不好。设计制定了自吸式气雾冷却装置,为线材和吐丝管内壁提供了水雾润滑和冷却作用,吐丝管的磨穿事故下降90%,提高了使用寿命。
In view of the problems of worn-out inner wall, disordered spinning and low service life of silking machine's spinneret of the wire rod mill of Delong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the structure and working state of spinneret were analyzed. The residual oxide scale inside the spinneret wall was cleaned by compressed air with intermittently clean, so the effect was not good. A self-priming inhalator cooling device was designed, which could provide water mist lubrication and cooling for wire rod and inner wall of spinneret. The wear-out accident of spinning tube was decreased by 90% and the service life was increased.
