摘要
选取山西省L工地的建筑业初代农民工作为研究对象,将再融入具体化为个体语言沟通、风俗习惯、角色转换、社交网络建立4个方面,通过问卷调查与访谈,对其社会交往适应现状及其影响因素进行分析,并运用专业社会工作方法进行再融入介入的探索性研究。
electing the first-generation migrant workers in construction industry of Site L in Shanxi province as the research object, their reintegration was specified as four aspects of individual language communication, manners and customs, role change, and social network establishment. Through questionnaires and interviews, the adaptation status and influence factors of their social interaction were analyzed, and an exploratory research on the reintegration intervention was conducted by using professional social work methods.
