摘要
生产实践证明,中厚壁的12Cr1MoVG钢管经"正火+回火"处理后,易出现抗拉强度偏低、冲击韧性值低、冲击值不均甚至不合格的现象,完全"淬火+回火"受正火后冷却速度影响会出现抗拉强度超上限的情况,文章利用包钢现有淬火设备,采用"间歇式淬火+回火"的方法使12Cr1MoVG钢管获得优良的综合性能。
The production practices show that the 12Cr1MoVG steel tube with medium thick wall is easily to be with lower tensile strength, low impact toughness value, uneven even unqualified impact value after the treatment of "normalizing+tempering”, the tensile strength could be over the upper limit due to the influence of cooling speed after normalizing if with the treatment of complete “quenching+tempering”. In the paper, it is introduced the overall performances of 12Cr1MoVG steel tube are excellent by adopting the method of intermittent ” quenching+tempering” with the existing quenching equipment of Baotou Steel.
