摘要
文章介绍了包钢生产的Q420NQR1轧制H630 mm×200 mm×15 mm×20 mm的H型钢时,存在组织异常、低温冲击韧性波动的情况,通过对成分及轧制工艺的优化,消除了异常组织,组织均匀性有了较大提高,低温冲击韧性波动得到了有效控制。
In this paper, it is described that when rolling the H630 mm×200 mm×15 mm×20 mm H beam with Q420NQR1 produced by Baotou Steel, there are such situations as abnormal microstructure and low temperature impact toughness fluctuation. The abnormal microstructure are eliminated, homogeneity of microstructure is greatly improved and low temperature impact toughness fluctuation is effectively controlled through optimizing the composition and rolling process.
