摘要
高职院校体育课内外一体化与学生职业体能培养紧密联系。体育课内外一体化能有效发挥体育的作用,利于学生全面发展。体育课内外一体化的途径是:围绕职业体能,更新体育课内外一体化观念;依据职业体能需求,调整体育课成绩评定体系;调动体育教师的体育课内外一体化参与积极性和主动性;形成传统,各专业开展职业体能比赛。
The integration of PE in and out of higher vocational colleges is closely related to the cultivation of students’ professional physical fitness. The integration can effectively play the role of physical education, and is conducive to the overall development of students. The integration of physical education is to update the integration concept; adjust the evaluation system of physical education performance according to vocational physical fitness demands; arouse the teachers’ initiative to participate in the integration inside and outside class of physical education; form the tradition, and carry out professional physical ability competition.
