摘要
长期以来,薪资激励一直是公司人力资源管理的核心工作之一,构建公司全面薪资激励体系,对于充分发挥好薪资激励作用,使各类员工都能得到有效的激励,对公司执行"人才强企"战略、构建和谐企业、长期可持续发展都具有重要的推动作用。
For a long time, the implementation of salary incentive has always been one of the core tasks of human resources management in the company. The construction of comprehensive salary incentive system in the company will play an important role in promoting the incentive function, stimulating various employees effectively and enabling the company to implement the strategy of "making the company powerful by talents",constructing harmonious enterprise and achieving long-term and sustainable development.
