少数民族特色产品小微企业转型升级研究

摘要 本文以我国五个自治区内的少数民族特色产品小微企业为研究对象,通过分析民族特色产品小微企业转型升级所面临的瓶颈,从企业主动、政府拉动和组织间联动三个角度提出转型升级的动力源,进而挖掘转型升级的具体路径,并提出转型升级所达到的最终目标。 In this paper,we take the small and micro enterprises with national minority characteristics in five autonomous regions of our country as the research objects.By analyzing the bottlenecks faced by the small and micro enterprises with national minority characteristics to transform and upgrade,this paper proposes the power source of transformation and upgrading from three ways such as enterprise initiative,government pull and interorganization linkage,and then finds out the specific paths of transformation and upgrading,and puts forward the ultimate goal of transformation and upgrading.
