摘要
目的探讨CT定位引导下射频消融术治疗颈椎间盘突出症(CDH)、腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的操作性和临床价值。方法 43例CDH及LDH患者,CT引导下选择多个椎间隙精确定位,经皮穿刺射频消融术治疗。结果一次进针成功率90%,二次进针成功率100%。CT引导下准确定位是保证穿刺成功的关键。结论CT引导下射频消融术治疗CDH和LDH定位准确,该治疗具有创伤小、痛苦小、安全性高,并能重复多次治疗的特点,具有较大的临床实用价值。
Objective To discuss CT orientation guidance radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation （LDH） and lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion （CDH） the feasibility and clinical value. Methods 43 cases of CDH and LDH patients, CT guided by the selected multiple vertebral interstitial space, were treated by the skin piercing radiofrequency ablation. Results The success rate of the needle was 90% and the success rate was 100%. The accurate positioning of CT is the key to the success of the puncture. Conclusion CT guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of CDH and LDH accurate positioning, this treatment has small trauma, less pain, high safety, and the characteristics of the repeated treatment, has great clinical practical value.
