摘要
从新鲜鸡粪中分离出48株发酵菌,筛选获得嗜热性较强、感官除臭力较好的芽孢杆菌Y1株、酵母菌J2株和放线菌F1株。通过实验室除臭试验验证,这3株单菌均能耐55℃的高温,且对氨气和硫化氢有明显的抑制释放能力,3株菌按1∶1∶1体积复合,0.1%的剂量添加,效果更显著。利用以上筛选获得的复合发酵菌剂进一步开展对鸡粪的堆肥发酵试验,结果显示,加复合菌的堆肥温度上升较快,至第9天可上升至65℃,且55℃以上高温可维持近1周。堆肥21 d结束,物料呈暗褐色、粉状,含水率由原来的85%下降至20%,总氮含量和种子发芽指数也明显高于不接菌对照组。结果表明,获得的复合发酵菌剂具有较好的嗜热除臭和固氮性能,可作为规模化鸡场的鸡粪堆肥发酵助剂。
Forty-eight strains of fermentative bacteria were isolated from fresh chicken manure. Through screen test, 3 strains were Bacillus spore Y1, yeast J2 and actinomycetes F1 with better thermophilic and sensory deodorization. The 3 strains were able to resist high temperature at 55 ℃, and significantly inhibit the release of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide by laboratory deodorization test. The 3 strains were compounded by 1：1：1 and added to the chicken manure at 0.1%, the effect was more significant. The composting fermentation test of chicken manure was also carried out using the compound fermentation bacteria gained from the above screening. The results showed the composting temperature with compound bacteria was increased rapidly, reaching 65 ℃ at the ninth day, and the high temperature above 55 ℃ could last for nearly 1 week. At the end of 21 days, the fertilizer was darkly brown and powdery, the water content was decreased from 85% to 20%, and the total nitrogen content and seed germination index were also significantly higher than those of the control group. The study proved that the compound fermentation agent had good heat deodorization and nitrogen fixing performance, and could be used as a fecal composting fermentation agent in large-scale chicken farm.
