各向同性均质材料典型断裂行为的I_1断裂准则适用性分析 被引量:4

Feasibility Analysis of I_1 Fracture Criterion on Isotropy Homogeneous Material

摘要 基于弹塑性有限元模拟数据,采用I_1断裂准则分析了各向同性均质材料圆棒单向拉伸、平面应力和平面应变状态含中心裂纹体单向拉伸、含贯穿性中心裂纹有限尺寸板单向拉伸等典型力学行为的断裂特征。结果显示,基于I_1断裂准则的断裂特征分析结果与实际情况一致,表明I_1断裂准则可适用于完整和含缺陷的各向同性均质材料的断裂行为。 Elastic-plastic finite element simulation was conducted on isotropy homogeneous round bar,and the fracture characteristics of center crack body with plain stress and plain strain condition and of penetrating center crack finite size plate under axial tension were analyzed based on I1 fracture criterion. Results showed there was good consistence between simulation results and experimental results,indicating that I1 fracture criterion could be used to describe fracture behavior of complete and defected isotropy homogeneous materials.
